The complete product on every plan
Every plan includes court reservations, lessons, clinics and camps, availability pools, ladders, and member communication. Unlimited staff accounts and member profiles are included, along with in-app, push, and email notifications.
Plans differ by active court count and included SMS credits. Members are not charged a CourtKeeper seat fee. The apps are free to install for members of a subscribing club; the club software requires a paid subscription.
CourtKeeper complements your existing club suite. POS, dues collection, food and beverage, golf, general ledger, and direct member payments for lessons or programs remain outside CourtKeeper. Payment flags in lessons and programs record payments collected elsewhere.
How court counts work
Count active tennis and pickleball courts together. An archived court is not active. Adding a court never changes the subscription automatically: the required plan is shown, and you approve a subscription change first.
For convertible or shared physical courts, contact us to review the court count. Clubs with 33 or more active courts, or multi-location requirements, should discuss Custom terms with sales@courtkeeper.io.
SMS credits and extra usage
- One SMS credit is one carrier SMS segment sent to one opted-in member. A longer message can use multiple credits per recipient.
- Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Extra SMS costs $0.025 per credit, equivalent to $25 per 1,000 credits. Usage is metered exactly.
- Paid overage defaults off. The head pro can enable it with a monthly spending cap.
- SMS is only for head-pro-authored announcements to opted-in members. Automatic court, lesson, clinic, ladder, and account notifications use in-app, push, and email without consuming SMS credits.
