What stays with your existing club systems
CourtKeeper does not include POS, dues collection, food and beverage, golf, or a general ledger. It does not process member payments for lessons and programs; payment tracking records what was collected elsewhere. Running alongside your suite does not promise a direct integration with it.
The product covers reservations, lessons, clinics and camps, availability pools, ELO ladders, and member communication. Competition tools are ladders with admin-paced cycles and reviewed results, not a separate league scheduling engine. SMS is reserved for head-pro-authored announcements to opted-in members.
If you need broader club commerce or competition formats, include those requirements when evaluating the other products. If your club suite already handles them, CourtKeeper's court-count plans let you evaluate the racquet workflows separately.
