Matchups, standings, and court bookings together
Members see their ladder standing and current matchup in the app. Singles participants and fixed doubles teams play in cycles managed by an authorized ladder administrator.
Ratings inform the pairings. The administrator generates a draft cycle, reviews its matches, and publishes it when the club is ready. Publishing notifies the matched members; the cycle moves at your administrator's pace.
From a matchup to an approved result
Book the match
Matched players book a real court from their matchup. Court availability and the club's booking rules apply, using the ladder's configured match duration.
Report the score
The winning side reports the result and score in the app. A report waits for administrator review before it changes the ratings.
Review the result
An authorized ladder administrator approves the result, or corrects or voids a result when needed. Approved results update ELO ratings and standings.
A trusted member can run the ladder
The authorized ladder administrator is the designated ladder admin, the head pro, or SYSTEM. The designated admin can be a member. Being a teaching pro alone does not grant approval authority.
The administrator manages joins, publishes and closes cycles, and handles results. When a cycle closes, remaining scheduled matches are marked not played. Away and inactive participant states help the administrator manage who is available.
What league organizers should know
If your club calls its internal matchplay a league, check whether this ladder workflow fits how you run it. CourtKeeper does not generate a separate league season, division schedule, or tournament bracket.
Its competition tools are ELO ladders with cycles, reviewed results, and court bookings. Reservations, lessons, clinics, availability pools, and member communication are included in the same paid club plan. The club's existing suite continues to handle dues, POS, food and beverage, golf, and the general ledger.
