Set the advance booking window, opening hours, booking increments, singles and doubles durations, cancellation lead time, and guest allowances. Members choose their players and an available court; the booking follows the club's policy.

Pros manage court blocks and closures with a reason. Head pros can coordinate reservations across courts, while the schedule checks named players for overlapping reservations.
A waitlist for an available court
When every active tennis court is unavailable at the selected time, a member can join an availability pool for their group. The request is for any eligible tennis court, with the full playing duration required by the club's settings.
When a matching court opens, CourtKeeper offers it to the next group in line and holds it on a countdown. Accepting creates the reservation. Declining or letting the offer expire passes the opportunity along.
This court waitlist is separate from a clinic waitlist, which fills a place in a particular program.
Lessons and clinics belong on the calendar
Pros schedule private lessons and recurring teaching hours, manage participants, and track payments received outside CourtKeeper. Members can book offered lesson-hour slots and register for clinics. Full clinics have their own waitlist, with promotion when a place opens.
Automatic schedule and program notifications use the in-app inbox, push, and email. They do not send SMS or consume SMS credits.

Can members reserve courts themselves?
Yes. Members select an open court and their players within the club's booking rules. Times are shown in the club's time zone.
What happens when all tennis courts are full?
Members can join an availability pool for their group at that time. A matching opening is held for the next group on a countdown; accepting books it through the club's rules.
Are court waitlists and clinic waitlists the same?
No. An availability pool waits for an eligible court and playing window. A clinic waitlist waits for a place in one clinic and promotes a member when capacity opens.
Can pros schedule recurring lessons?
Yes. Pros can manage recurring private lessons and teaching-hour blocks, with participants and manual payment tracking. CourtKeeper does not collect lesson payments from members.
Is CourtKeeper free for a tennis club?
