Members join a waitlist for the time they want. When a court opens, it is offered to the first group in line and held on a countdown. Accepting books the court through your normal rules; declining passes the offer to the next group.

  1. A reservation cancels: Court 3, tonight 5:00 to 6:30.

  2. Three groups are already waiting for that window.

  3. The first group receives a held offer with a countdown.

  4. The court is rebooked. Offers expire on a timer and pass to the next group in line.

Multiple roles for different purposes

Members book courts and register for programs. Pros run their teaching day. The head pro gets the tools for day-to-day operations: roster, club rules, and a complete audit history. Ladders can even be run by a trusted member, so pros stay focused on teaching.

Two kinds of communication,
kept separate

Automated notifications (court changes, offers, program updates) always use the in-app inbox, push, and email, and never consume SMS credits. Broadcasts are written by your pros, to chosen audiences, on chosen channels.

Automatic notifications always use the in-app inbox, push, and email and never consume SMS credits. SMS is available only as a selected channel on the head pro's broadcasts, to members who opted in.

Getting started

CourtKeeper runs alongside the systems your club already has. Three steps and members book for themselves.

  1. Import your roster

    Upload a CSV using CourtKeeper's standard format. Have a different roster format? Custom formats can be supported upon request. Households, juniors, and member numbers can be imported.

  2. Set your club's rules

    Booking windows, durations, guest allowances, and waitlist behavior, in plain settings.

  3. Invite members

    Bulk invitations by email. Members set their own password, and can also sign in with a secure email link.

Simple pricing, by court count

Every plan includes the complete product, unlimited staff accounts, unlimited member profiles, and unlimited automatic notifications: in-app, push, and email. Pricing varies only by your active court count, tennis and pickleball combined, which also sets your included SMS credits.
